Users must verify their accounts through email and phone number authentication to access the platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

The sale or distribution ofpornographic or illegal content

There are no age restrictions, but users are responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws regarding the use of business automation software.

3. Subscription, Billing & Payments

Lumina Boost operates on a subscription-based model, with pricing dependent on the services selected. The customer pays a monthly fee, along with any additional charges related to credit usage for services (as per our internal system).

Payments are processed automatically each billing cycle.If a payment fails, the user's access to the system will be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their subscription at any time via the system’s account settings. Once canceled, access to the platform will continue until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, stored data may be deleted after a grace period of 14 days unless otherwise requested.
